These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Bendy | Learn to Move mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App.

2. The Service

Bendy provides fitness and movement training content. We may update or change the App at any time.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

The App offers an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks premium features.

• Title: Bendy Premium (Monthly)
• Length: 1 month
• Price: $4.99 per month (price may vary by region and taxes)
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Billing: Your account will be charged at confirmation of purchase and within 24 hours prior to renewal.
• Manage/Cancel: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
• Trials: No free trial or introductory offer is provided at launch.

A subscription is optional, but some features require an active subscription to access (for example, premium voice coaches and unrestricted workout selection).

4. Refunds

Refunds and billing disputes are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play, according to their policies. We do not control or process refunds.

5. Health and Safety Disclaimer

The App provides general fitness guidance and is not medical advice. Consult your physician before beginning any exercise program. Stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to access non-public systems, or interfere with the App's operation.

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its content are owned by Bendy and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the content without permission.

8. Third-Party Services

Purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Your use of those services is subject to their terms and policies.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or if required by law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
